Contract Recruiting Services

We offer contract recruiting services for higher volume clients. We can provide corporate staffing in larger regions across Canada. This service can accommodate a one-time project or be incorporated into your company’s regular recruiting process. Our fees vary based on volume, and they can be quoted per candidate or per hour.

Panel Interviews

The interview is an integral part of your hiring process. By conducting a panel style interview you are able to have more than one perspective on your candidate. We are available at your request to interview your candidates with you.

Board Room Facilities

For your convenience, we have boardroom facilities available for you to interview our candidates. Free parking is available and the boardrooms are equipped with high speed Internet access. For out-of-town clients, there are several hotels located within walking distance from our office.

RECRUITING IN THREE EASY STEPS

Step 1: Assessing your Staffing Needs

We begin by meeting with you at your office where we will go through an in-depth questionnaire to understand your staffing needs. We obtain from you a detailed job description and compensation plan — if you don’t have a job description, we can create one for you. We assess your company’s culture and working environment. We will also seamlessly integrate your current interviewing steps with our recruiting process. By understanding what qualifications employers are looking for and what personality best suits each company, we have proven success.

Step 2: Employee Search

This is where we begin searching. We use a variety of sources to find qualified candidates, which may include a posting on our web site, advertising, our own database, online candidate databases, or proactively targeting certain industries. Once we identify a potential candidate, we conduct an in-depth prescreening by telephone. If the candidate matches our prescreening requirements, that candidate will be invited for an interview. In the interview, we will qualify experience and identify salary expectations. We can also incorporate your company’s psychological assessment if applicable. We check a minimum of three references including at least two hiring managers and one peer. We will create a short list of the candidates and present them to you either in person or by phone, email, or fax.

Step 3: Interviewing and Hiring

Once the short listed candidates have been presented we will begin by setting up your interviews. When you have identified the successful candidate, we can move to the job offer stage. Generally, clients present offers themselves, however, we are available to do this on your behalf if you prefer. Once the employee begins working, we will conduct regular follow up calls with you and the new employee throughout your guarantee period.

Please note that the above recruiting steps are a guideline. We recognize that some clients have mature recruiting processes in place. Our services are flexible and adaptable to your requirements.
